I've had some good experiences at Hyundai in Robina. Staff are friendly and reliable. However, the tipping point for me was recently being told they won't accept cash for my service. This infuriates me. I won't be returning to them, ever again. If they can't accept a legal form of tender, then they won't ever have my business.
Management, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.
Michael at Robina was amazing! He made the process of buying my car as stress free and easy as it could be. He communicated and kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained everything in detail. Thanks again team Robina!
I went to Hyundi Robina after a terrible experience with Kia down the road. We were met by Iain Taylor who was amazing. I highly recommend seeing him for any of your cars needs. I am going to be driving my new car in a week as it was in stock at the car yard im so excited thanks Iain.
Spoke to Michael over the phone about the stock level of a vehicle and after asking the difference between engine types and their respective stock levels, he told me that he did not want to “waste his time going back and forth getting no where for me”. Michael since the second we spoke was rude, argumentative and blunt. Not what you’d expect from a sales department member who should be looking after customers, not making them uncomfortable and wanting to go elsewhere.
A disrespectful, disappointing and disgusting way for a sales team member to speak with customers. With the lack of manners and respect Michael showed, I’m baffled he has a place on a customer facing sales role.
If it wasn’t for a later call from a lovely lady who was understanding about this situation and actually gave me information about the car, it’s performance, trim levels and availability, I’d say to stay away from Hyundai Robina completely, but I’d recommend just not dealing with Michael if your looking to actually be treated like a human being.

Great communication prior to and during my appointment. Not pushy - just looking for a win-win situation - which I truly appreciated. I booked in my car as there was a part recall. I also organised a hire car with them for the day over the phone, one month in advance. I went in today to have it done and they had no booking in their system for me. Because of this I wasn’t able to be offered a hire car “as they were organised for people who had booked”. I am 38 weeks pregnant and had a lot to do today so I needed the car to do run around jobs. Obviously I’m not stoked with the service!
I had multiple bad experiences with Robina Hyundai service department earlier this year. I was disappointed with the service or lack of service for what I was paying for …
